Convergence: Superboy #2
by Babs Tarr
The character acting, bold line work, and strong coloring really make this one stand out. Simple idea brilliantly rendered!
Southern Cross #3
by Becky Cloonan
Really excellent design! It's a striking image, and I found myself really exploring the patterns. Fascinating and intriguing!
Lady Killer #5
by Joëlle Jones
I really dig the way this reads from top to bottom; at first it looks very peaceful, almost serene, until you see the falling body and understand the situation. Wonderful!
Storm #11
by Stephanie Hans
I love the glowing background and interesting lighting, but it's the beautiful character work that really makes this one stand out.
Injection #1
by Declan Shalvey / Jordie Bellaire
This one is so interesting and unique. At first, it seems like a simple decorative pattern in the background, and you almost have to look at an angle to see the intricate face sketched underneath. Very interested to see what this looks like in person!
Deep State #6
by Matt Taylor
This is a straight up cool design, reminiscent of Francavilla's best. If this doesn't make you want to read this comic, I'm not sure what will!
Convergence: Suicide Squad #2
by John Paul Leon
Leon's designs are not something to miss, and this one is especially fantastic. It reads like a classic movie poster for a great movie, and has tons of awesome detail!
The Mantle #1
by Brian Level
The color choices here are very eye-catching, and the visual ideas really create a striking image.
