Jim Lee To Team Up With Grant Morrison For Master Men

Grant Morrison's Multiversity has been DC's best comic over the past few months, bar none.

Its outward exploration of DC's Multiverse while also acting a subversive back-hand to the Big Two "you can't stop the machine" mentality has been a wonderfully refreshing read in a growing ever more homogenous superhero landscape for both Marvel and DC.

Each issue, which focuses on a various Earth has had its own artist to match Morrison's vision. For example this week we get Morrison re-teaming with arguably his greatest artistic partner Frank Quitely on their spin on Alan Moore's Watchmen via "Pax Americana". That, along with contributions from Cameron Stewart, Ivan Reis, Doug Mahnke, Ben Oliver, and Chris Sprouse and others, have made this event incredibly diverse visually.

The big mystery though, was who might be taking on the Nazi-Superman/Freedom Fighters story in the sixth issue? Today we found out and it's going to be DC Comics Co-Publisher Jim Lee. Expect big sales!

What nightmarish parallel worlds haunt the dreams of Overman? Who is the mysterious figure called Uncle Sam? And when the dust settles, will the actions of Phantom Lady, Black Condor, Human Bomb, Doll Man and The Ray be enough to stop Leatherwing, Blitzen and the other “heroes” of Earth-X?
